Teachers of Agricultural Science classes in Texas and Area 1 are encouraged to pay dues and be involved in the professional organization that:
1) Supports and informs members about the latest agricultural education practices,
2) Encourages higher standards of teaching and
3) Provides a unified voice in the state legislature
