Time: Judge's light breakfast and orientation at 9 am in Piehl Schaffer Pavilion, contest starts at 9:30 am sharp
Location: Happy State Bank Ag Complex ~ WTAMU ~ Canyon, Texas. ALL SPEAKERS must check-in room 101. You will be taken to your speaking room by a runner. Please do not go loiter outside of speaking rooms.

Fee: $25 per speaker including Wildcard entries, $250 late fee
Please bring at least 2 copies of the manuscript and 1 copy of the statement of originality to check-in.

The top 2 speakers from each district qualify for the area contest.

Speaking banners will be passed out at the Area Convention session on Saturday, May 9. We do not announce any results until this time. Top 5 will be called out in each contest. Results can be found on Judging Card after results are called out at the convention.
